I bought a new Racer back in 2017 when I saw one in my dealers. I thought it was great to ride but eventually sold it after deciding the riding position was just too extreme. Last week I was in a Honda dealer's getting one of my bikes serviced when I saw a used Racer S with Helibar risers fitted - so after a test ride I had to have it and P-Exed my Triumph Bobber. I've now done over 250 miles, including 140 yesterday, and it is such a difference from what I remember. Although legs are still tucked up the new bar position is SO much more comfy and still has all the feel and sound that I loved the first time around. The Helibars are ridiculously expensive but make a huge difference and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I've only got short legs so don't find the pegs too bad, good to know there is an option though. Thanks for the info.

The Racer is a good looking bike, if only I was a bit shorter. Enjoy your new bike.
