I have attended their MC1 & MC2 courses a few times over the past few years and have always found that it improved my riding skills, behaviour on the bike and hence my overall enjoyment of riding a bike.
Last week they held some courses at White River (karting track) between Ardee & Collon. There were a few GS's there so maybe someone from here attended?
It's more about behaviour of the rider and the bike and how that affects steering, stability, braking and not about speed or going fast around the track as most of the riding is below 40mph, although you do get a chance to stretch your legs a bit towards the end of the day.
They are running it again towards the end of August. It's a very informative and enjoyable day out and I'd recommend it to anyone with any level of ability and experience.
Other than having done their training a few times I have no connection to i2i or those running it.
