Anybody got any recent experience of a Non Fault claim via Carol Nash.
I called CN to report minor Non fault claim this afternoon and expected them to report it to my insurance company Aegis.
Hour later I get a call from their repair centre 4th Dimension Innovation asking me how I'd like to handle the claim.
4th Dimension Innovation don't represent Aegis but they do appear to work for CN on Non fault claims where costs are re-couped from 3rd party without going through my ins company.
Anybody used them or should the ins company be contacted seperately and ignore 4th Dimension Innovation?
