NAV VI BMW menu / right click control wheel

Can anyone help please? My nav vi won't allow me to select anything from the BMW menu.
Dealer replaced wheel which didn't work then we tried sat nav in another bike with same issue.
The 'hold' text appears grey and it won't let you press on screen either.
Is there a setting sonewhere? Otherwise dealer will make a warranty replacement but I still in my heart feel this is a setting sonewhere....

If youve changed the wheel & still not working it's either the nav, or mount.

Bit if your getting a new nav under warranty... whats the problem??

I'm just trying to make sure its not me somewhere. Everything else on it works fine so hence just trying to avoid an unnecessary warranty return if it isn't bust! Can't find any reports across the net of this as a fault...

Just get a new replacement device.
