In Europe rumors has it that BMW will launch a 625 cc new GS. It is half a boxer engine (left side is apparently removed) with the same features as R1250 GS. The name should be something like ®️6️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ and it will only be available in pink.

Calling Nutty , it must be close to a new bike time again .......
 
Will be nice if the give a track version software, and you can add or remove fuel a little, AF-xied is fantastic for 1200 but nothing we have for newer bikes, and leave door open for the snake-oil men, even thow 1250 need nothing doing to it.
 
Saw this today at a main bmw dealer

Could it be a special or one of the new 21 models :comfort

I'm not being funny, but as a new owner of a 1250GS I'm genuinely curious what you think the KTM has better than the latest GS. I know it's cheaper and has more HP. But what is it that you think looks better? Did I make a mistake?

Looks are your own personal choice. KTM had corner brake assist and heated seats before BMW though about it for the GS. You have to go and ride one for an extended time to make up your mind. It is a bike that rewards a more progressive approach to handling the bike rather than the sofa comfort and all round user friendliness of a GS. That said the 1290 Super Touring version would lift a wheel in 2nd just opening the throttle :D It is afterall more of a grown up dirt bike than a GS which is a touring bike.
