hi there anyone on this forum bought a Ribble e bike? seem very competitive and get great write ups.

Never bought an e-bike but the carbon Gran Fondo road frame that I bought from them 8 years ago was good quality and really competitively priced. Because they are a proper UK based company they are really easy to communicate with too.

I bought a Ribble CGR AL-e recently, and am extremely pleased with it.

Unlike a number of gravel e bikes it does look exactly like an ordinary bike with no massively oversized tubing.

The ebikemotion motor in the rear hub is really only noticeable if you are looking for it, and whilst the power of the motor is rather less than e-mountain bikes, it really does seem to cope very well with typical gravel bike conditions.

Don't know what the real life battery range is as I usually only do around 20 - 30 miles and charge up after a ride.

Ribble are a very good company to deal with going on my experience with them - Rob
