Just a quickie. I've got the tank off of my 2003 1150GS whilst awaiting the arrival of a new fuel pump and filter.

The wiring and connectors that sit on top of the frame under the tank all look clean and in good order. Should I spray the electrics with ACF50 or similar or just leave well alone?

Thank you,

DickyB

Yes its quite good for them

Also there is a product called Gummiflege that is really good to run on the cable sheaths if they are still "okay"

The earlier rubberised cable sheaths used to crack and break up :rob

Maybe the designers never thought they would be around this long!

So they built the 1200 Hex heads!
