Front Brakes feel like they are juddering

Hi guys I have a 2003 R1150 GS done over 140000 Kms , i have recently noticed that when i apply the front brakes it feels like juddering through the bars ,if the bike had normal suspension i would have said that the head bearings needed adjusting. When the brakes are applied harder it doesn't seem to occur .
Any one got any ideas ,thanks in advance for any suggestions

It could be the "wavy" washers that go under the front disc securing bolts.
They tend to break up over time

Also check the ball joint on the telelever arm

As well as the other replies check your pad pins, caused me a lot of grief till I checked them.
