Update on the Beta Rev 3
Started 1st kick
Warmed up, clutch is as free as a bird
Stops / starts /
New ish tyres fitted.
Even the lighting kit, loom and speedo kit was in the box of spares
With original owners manual and guarantee card
It was originally supplied by my mate Steve Goode to the first and only owner.
A bit of minor fettling to do ( service DIY)
A nice unmolested 17yrs old trials bike
I found the left hand kickstarting strange.........
But
As I've got a duff right knee.........it made life easier
I'll post some pics as and when I've deep cleaned / serviced it.
Looks too small for you, I'd suggest selling it to a lovely fellow member of this fine forum
Looks very nice, that was a great buy one word (or several) of advice though, don’t use wellies, you’ll end up damaging you feet/ankles/shins on a trials bike. You need proper trials boots that give you plenty of ankle movement, but good support and protection.
It was the first start up and use
I've no kit currently as I sold it all when I retired from riding
Shopping will have to wait 17days due to lockdown
Glad you’re back in the saddle again Steve!
It's a bit cleaner now
On a warm day........or I need to "borrow" the wife's hairdryer, I'll remove the old plastic film off the tank
Make sure you leave the No plate on;
Oi, get behind me in the que
