Tom Tom Rider 500 info

Having bought the above 2nd hand, I have had no bother updating it (lifetime maps update) i have done this 4 times since i got it without problem.Yesterday i purchased speed camera updates, and cant get it to load onto device??. Been all through settings to account details.Were my problem started, the woman I got it off her e mail is the username and its asking for a password for the account? l have no idea what that was, so I managed to contact her via e mail, and she tells me she closed her account with tom tom when she sold it to me, And yes you've guest it cant remember what password she used as it was 2 years ago???
Is there anyone on here have any idea how I can get round this one??

Contact TomTom, asking them them if they might clear the old account? They’ll probably say no, as they’ll think you stole it.

In the meantime, ask for a refund of the camera update thing you bought, perhaps?
