I can't hear the caller ???

A mate (honest) has a Zumo 590, with the latest Sena 20s and an iPhone.

He gets voice prompts from the Zumo in his headset for directions etc; no problem there...

Never uses an intercom feature.

When he gets a phone call, he hears it ring, presses answer on the Zumo, nothing.... silence...

Transpires the caller can hear him, but not the other way round.

He has the phone paired to the Zumo, and the Zumo paired to the sena. There is no pairing between the sena and the phone.

On the Zumo, the phone shows as paired for calls, data and music. The sena is paired as headset and music. By that I mean the symbols for the connections are blue as active.

Anyone got a clue what's going on?

i bet its a connection issue. some things need to be connected in a certain order. Its possible it might be a sena issue. Try it by taking the sumo out of the equation IE just pair the phone to the sena ,then get some one to call the phone ...see if that works ,
 
Check individual volume levels on the phone. In the Phones settings. (Connected device volume)
