Longer side stand info for the urban GS

Hi,
Has anyone on here fitted a watercooled GS or GSA side stand to their urban GS to allow for the extra height of their bike.

It was suggested on another facebook forum it can be done rather than paying wunderlich 250euro for their longer side stand.

Its whether the GSA LC side stand will fit so was hoping soneone on here has actually done it or maybe soneone who works for a dealer could check it out.
If I ring my local dealer they will only go by a serial number for a specific bike they are unable or possibly u willing to think out of the box.

So if anyone has done it please let me know
