    Bormio hotels

    I stayed in Bormio just down the road [from Livigno] Loads of hotels.

    I stayed here http://www.hotelgirasole2000.it/en/standard-rooms.php over 30 years ago but it will still have the same stunning views as its up as the names suggest 2000m. you may prefer to be down in the town but Its an alternative and you can ride your bikes up to 3000m using the tracks. you get to see how incredibly steep the downhill routes are on the way up. more fun than walking around tax free shops with leather belts for sale. (unless your trousers are falling down I suppose)
