Location
Cheshire ....somewhere on my bike
I tried an F900XR in the showroom as a lighter smaller replacement for my Crosstourer but hated the riding position, i don’t really fancy an MT09 Tracer I really like the V85tt but I do think I might find it down on power and a 950s is just too expensive.

This could be just the thing to replace my Crosstourer especially as it would be available as a DCT. I imagine it wouldn’t arrive any time next year though, probably 2022.

Very interested in this myself.
Probably wouldn't feel much slower with the weight difference that will more than likely be close to 50kgs

Looks like a slightly modified cbf 1000

I think it’s quite nice and better than the new Tracer 900.

I think it looks a bit ‘heavy’ with that slab fairing.
Perhaps would be better something like this

But the AT DCT motor would be very appealing and I’d also be very integrated to see it in the flesh.

It’s just an artists rendition based on the CB4X concept bike which was on display at Milan last year . I thought this looked great in the flesh but I imagine the single sided swing arm will go (although my CT has one so who knows) along with the stubby tail and the SC exhausts.

Certainly a replacement for the CBF which was not ‘exciting’ and also the VFR800 Crossrunner , maybe this will look better when we see the real thing.

Be nice with a shaft drive.

Yep I’ll miss the shaft drive but it does add a lot of weight , on a Honda anyway.

Looks ugly - MIGHT just be the drab colour ??

You are right it doesn’t look great but It’s just an artist drawing where they’ve toned down the concept CB4X looks a bit but at the same time bulked it up. I like the idea of this size and power of bike with DCT and I’m hoping it looks better in the flesh with better colours.

Better in black

Better in black/graphite :okay
Being a DCT convert I Like the concept, like the wheels I will be booking a test ride.

Amazing what a little tweak can do, tho’ I don’t like black on bikes or cars, it gives hope that Honda can maybe do a nice tricolour design that could look good on the final design.

Yep that’s loads better :thumb2

I don’t like black cars but I do like a black bike. I’ve had several , Valkyrie , 2 black GSs , my Guzzi and my CT is mostly black too. The AT in matt black also looks the dogs .

Yeah......that would work for me.
As long as it wasn't too much of a performance step down from my CT.

Honda have apparently just registered the NT1100 X as a trademark name so it might well be on its way soon

What type of weight would that be expected to be??
