Xt and music or lack off..

Had a brand new Sandisc 32gb (Tesco) ...copied music to it from my laptop, all going good, says yep all copied..
Put the micro card in Xt,,,nothing to show...No music...
Removed Micro card,back into the laptop...yep it's all there....

Now what...Help needed please.....
