CRF1100 battery optimiser / trickle charger - lithium battery. Which one to buy?

I need advice on a battery charger / optimiser. The new CRF1100 uses a lithium battery and I'm told that a standard Optimate charger should not be used.

Can anyone advise which Optimate model is suitable for the CRF1100 please?

I got tired of moving cables about so just bought a load of these.

All my bikes live on them now, no issues.

They are cheap and they work just fine, for not much more than you pay for just the cables with optimate

Incidentally, I have also taken battery out of my 2020 ATAS, not going to use it over Winter anyway and its in the conservatory, but have you seen how small the battery is, hard to believe its got enough go in it to start it.

I purchased this one where I can trickle charge the bike directly through O9 Power socket rather than another set of connections onto the battery.

Noco are great chargers. Halfords stock them if you prefer going to a real shop via click & collect
