The bike not me, else this would be in the health and well-being section.

The dirt is showing some weeping and the need to take the wheel off to find that annoying slow puncture had be looking a bit further and underneath.

All seems good when holding the rear wheel and checking for play... when I get the bike service I always ask for the diff oil to be changed and the FD dropped away and the splines greased. Last service was about a year ago but not that many miles.

I’m thinking just a bit of normal weeping with maybe some coming from the shaft greasing.

Any thoughts... Suppose aI should check the diff oil level, is that take the ABS sensor out and stick a finger in

Cheers

I would disconnect the FD and check the input shaft seal I head two of them fail that way.

I was thinking similarly. Because it's seems to be around the main gaiter as well, I mean forward of the hub... Though with all the crud, I guess it can creep forwards. But that far?

If it's the input shaft seal then it can creep forwards. And I think the distribution you are pointing to is consistent with that - and yes, even that far forwards. But the bike is quite dirty which makes it harder to decide.

If you remove the top bolt holding FD to swingarm as Denzo suggests you can pivot the FD down and look at the input shaft / seal. This will likely be very dirty, so clean out and then you can recheck. But you also need to check for any play in input shaft. Any movement and you could need to speak to someone about the FD. But check that and then repost

Hi Denzo wantto ask you about the fuel strip conversion box because i need one for my K1200S i will be very thankful if you can contact to me my number is 07463171666 or email koctadink@gmail.com

I wouldn't worry about it it just looks like road crud and brake dust to me, see how it goes.
