How to delete a comment on a thread

I want to delete part of one of my comments on a thread I contributed to. How do I do that, please?

Editing one's post is time limited, not sure what the time is though.

Go to "Edit" on the post, and go from there.

There is a time limit but I think it is in the days , rather than hours

I think it is only a couple oh hours window that let you edit...

One hour to edit

Other wise you need to contact the Moderator or the Janitor
