Friend wishing to wire up 2 spot lamps, was wondering what their Wattage is ?

If they use halogenn bulbs I'd expect them to be 55 watts each. If they're LEDs then much less.
Use a pair of cheap Chink LED ones.
Cost Peanuts, work well enough and you can throw them away in a couple of years if needs be, without breaking the bank....
