So, normally I do lots of detective work before I buy another bike (prices/reliability/ blah blah). It can take me weeks to decide about a purchase.
Given that I havent even been near an Enfield in over 4 decades of "biking", and without given it too much thought, (and with some redundancy burning a hole in my pocket), yesterday I ordered one of the last remaining Royal Enfield "Military Modern Retro Classics" in the UK. I have no idea what I have done really. I think I just shrugged my shoulders and hit the "BUY" button.
Off at a tangent here but given I lost my father a short while ago, its the old cliche(s) for me at the moment. "Cant take it with you"/ "No pockets in shrouds" etc etc
