Hi guys, just upgraded from k1200 to a r1200gs 2008 plate need to fit my alarm back on for insurance is it okay to fit my optimizer charger on to the battery as that what powers the alarm just need pointing in the right direction your paul n.wales

You can connect a battery optimiser thing, direct to the battery, via a suitably fused flying lead. If that is what you are asking.
