Apparently details made known at Dealer conventions recently, for 2022 release.
At least that is what "advnews" has put up on youtube................:nenau
And 790 to become a 750....

But they don’t make the 790 anymore. So is the 890 going to be a 750.

Just when I've bought a brand new 390 Adventure.. :blast

Had it since 01/05/2021..
Got it from Premier Bikes Abingdon..
First service tomorrow 600 miles..
So far I'm loving it..

Very smooth for a single.
Superb handling.
Loving the quick shift +
Plenty fast enough for 99% of the use I'm going to use it 4..
I only use A, B, dual carriageways & only M/ways when absolutely necessary..
84 MPG so far..

I've got the KTM Lowering kit fitted ( Low shock & sidestand )
GIVI AF7711 AIRFLOW screen
50mm lowe Vario Footrests.
GIVI B32 top box & GIVI top box rack
Pyramid Fender extender & hugger extension.
25mm bar risers
KTM sat nav mount
KTM Ergo seat
Atlas cruise control

Do those foot pegs replace the oe ones, so they aren't tilting for forward?
Got a link if poss ( tried googling it and came up with too many options and choices lol) also what bar risers did you use?
Thinking of down sizing to a 390 from my 990r. CrF Rally 300 also on my list of possibilities
Cheers:beerjug:

ooooo cool, I like the 390 cracking little bike, the 490 should be more of the same
Are they doing anything with the styling for the 2022 bikes?

Yes replace OE.
As they are fully adjustable, you can have them forward or backwards.
Highly recommended.
I bought them to fit on my Guzzi Breva 1100, but they fitted straight on the KTM.
Highly recommended..

It certainly isn't little, well in seat hieght isn't at 855mm
I could only test the 390 Duke as they had no Adventure on test.
Hell of a shock when I finally got the ride the ond I bought. :blast

Luckily they had a lowering kit in stock..

Otherwise I'd of had to get my 1970's platform boots out of the loft.. :D

Thanks for the links.
I'm planning to test ride one at the ABR Rally end of june. Hope it suits my needs. Some great reviews out there on it.

Definitely worth a try..
I never thought a month ago I would get a new bike, definitely not a KTM & most definitely not a 390cc, well 373cc..

So far no regrets, far from it..

Glad you’re happy with it Ash. I was very tempted by the 390 as a ‘do it all’ bike bit plumped for the T7 instead.
After seeing all the bits you’ve been selling I thought you were giving up biking...

I'm hoping by going lighter, I can keep biking a while longer.
Busted body & 220+ KG was getting to much for me.

The 160 KG KTM 390 adventure, seems to fit the bill.

Fingers crossed... ;)

Still got a brace of Guzzi's & my campervan bike, the yamaha xt125x.
But the Guzzi's will be up 4 sale in the next month..

Yeah physically not small but I think if anything sub 600cc as little, dunno why lol.
I call my 500 my little big even though it's a right swing to get my leg over it :D

Good to hear the KTM is serving you well buddy, be safe

237 miles covered
24 miles left in tank
261 miles total ( possible )
12.58 litres top up
93.54 MPG true figure

A/B roads.
No Motorways.
Rarely above uk speed limits..
But riding to limits where possible..
