They were the object lesson in how to abuse customers.

Could be bollicks of course , But, My understanding was they invested massively in a new head office etc, It ran over schedule,and technically they were trading insolvently,which is illegal. Hence the restructure As I say,could be rubbish.

Click to expand... This. TT DE made each territory exclusive via contract. You might not have an option to not liquidate if contracts are ended as you no longer have a business.
