Quickshifter

Hi, im about to enter the r9t world soon i hope. I have a gsa and i have grown to love the quickshifter. Can you retro fit one to the Urban as the one i test rode did not have one and it would be nice.

Yes, I believe you can. From memory the kits can be had for between the £250 and £400 mark.

I also have a 1250 GSA (with quick-shifter) and a heavily “tricked” little R9T and as much as I like and appreciate the quick-shifter on the GSA; I have never thought about fitting one to the 9T as I feel it would potentially spoil the character of that little bike.

Why not use the bike for a few thousand miles and see what you think before committing?
