Just had mine done by Luke. Should have failed the MOT but passed, like riding a pogo stick. Had it rebuilt with new spring to suit my weight and internal upgrades. Can't fault the service and Luke kept me updated all the way. From memory posted the Tuesday back by the following Tuesday with the spring adding a day or so as I chose a different colour! £230 for rebuild with the spring £75. That includes the return postage

I have used Luke and I am in Bulgaria, I got in touch posted the rear ESA Shock to him, he did his magic and sent back to me happy days.
Ps BMW want €1,800 for new shock and 8-10 weeks
