Idle actuator pass out g650x

Terve mieheen!

90 000 kilometers and my idle acuator passed out. New item is about 120 euros and I´m not gonna pay it out...

Acuator is made by VDO. Do you know, is there some cheap way to buy clone on this valve, examble opel/ford valve? Problem is, that shoulders in plastic insert are worn out, so valve stem will not work.

No niin....

I found second hand Idle valve in Finland. Its been very cold here, so finally yesterday I make first ride, it was only -12 degree Celsius but....

I dirve to gas station and AGAIN bike will not start when engine is warm. That issue comes about three timnes in year. Its time to renew decompression lever ?(puolipuristin in Finland). Is 11317700209 or 11318540965 revision part?

if you have a gS11 you could check what happens?

anyway, starting only after the lightshow in the dash has finished.
also do a reset

1. disconnect the batt, both cables and hold together for a few mins.

2. connect batt. again

3.Pre-Check start without touching throttle

4. run 'til the fan starts up

5. run 'til fan switches off, shut down engine.

the engine learned new settings

and adv rider has another one:

disconnect batt, connect both terminals for a few mins, connect batt.

- ignition in the off pos.
- throttle fully open and hold, don't move!
- ignition to on pos.
- wait; the the fuel pump & idle actuator are working, the light show finishes.
- ignition off --> idle actuator recalibrates itself
- let the throttle go
- ignition on; wait for lights to stop
- push the starter, no throttle
 
Still not work....

I found second hand idle motor. Idle motor base have cleaned and calibration done with 911. No errors in log. Also try calibrate in thortle twist.

Cold start: Idle stay high and blow exhaust.

Stop/ start engine and idle will be fine.

Sometimes, when idle is high, I shut engine off in killer switch and make a "flying start", then idle will be fine.

Ideas?
