I was going to take the Challenge out, but the battery needs some more electrons putting into it. My external charging port isn't having it, so I shall have to take the tank off to get at the battery, at the same time I shall rewire the jump plug. That discovered I got the cover off the Country and fired her up, no such hesitation from this tough old girl. 
I went for an explore around the lanes of the southern Peaks, scouting out some clues for the Peak Explorer, a treasure hunt type scatter rally destined for later in the year. The clues will not be googleable, you will have to ride there and find them for your self. You will be taken on some roads least travelled and I shall do my best to keep people off the main roads, for two reasons, they are clogged with caravans and other trippers and they are really boring!
A few pictures of the type of back lanes and out of the way lanes. The event itself will cover much further afield, but within the Peak District and will be easily doable in a day. A good pub will feature at the end, possibly the start as well.
