Simple hacks and gadgets

Hi all.
Was wondering if you had any useful hacks or things you do to make life a little more simple on the bike.?

My main 2 are:
I double side taped some cheap ebay nets to the inside of the vario panniers - really useful.

I also made up a velcro band that fits around the vario adjuster handle - it keeps things in place and from falling out when i open the panniers (extra fleece etc).

Very similar, but I Velcro’d a first aid kit to the inside if the lid of top box. Quick and easy to find in case I get a splinter
