Quadlock handlebar mount Pro + R1250GSA

Anyone got the quadlock on the bars of their R1250GSA ? Got the Handlebar Mount Pro kit in the week, went to fit it and it requires at least 'a' spacer to fit but non of the 3 provided will work ?

Does anyone know the official bar size ? Says it'll fit:

1"
1-1/8"
1-1/4"
1-3/8"

Fits straight on mine, fitted it close to the mirror on the RHS, needed a good squeeze to get the screw to take..

With one of the spacers I assume ?

So this is the gap with no spacer - ended up just using electrical tape but am genuinely surprised they dont have a spacer that fits the GS - think of how many are knocking around now - if the handlebars havent changed for some time....

The spacer in the pic is the smallest one in the box.

Havent tried it on the move as yet. One thing is clear - no tank bag whilst this is in its current position but looks like a good position without.
