Anyone have a GS 911 that I can loan, rent or buy in SE region ? Kent area would be great! Bike is an R1200GSA 2014.
Had an yellow engine fault warning triangle come on spontaneously whilst riding which has caused engine to run in limp mode, want to be able to identify cause and rectify if possible.
Coincidentally ? had just 5 miles prior to warning, filled tank with first E10 petrol. (75%/25% E10/E5)
When light came on stopped engine, removed key, checked visibly, when restarted engine spontaneously revved several times independently of any throttle control then settled to a stable tick-over, thereafter engine limited itself to 3000 rpm.
I’m left left riding Suzuki VanVan which current easily outperforms the 1200.
Any ideas would be welcome.
