I have managed to snap rocker cover bolt , no oil leaking my local dealer says cant do it can anyone give any advise please

Well, if it’s not leaking oil, don’t worry.
It’ll need doing sometime but not urgent.
Drop a line to Steptoe (on this forum). He’ll sort you out.
