Just got this thing after much pressure from SWMBO came with a sim card but NO instructions on how to insert sim card. Anyone advise before the thing goes out the window.

On the side you will see a very small hole say 2mm stick a pin in the hole and the card holder will pop out.

If you need it setting up properly just give me a shout and I’ll give it to my 12 year old daughter - she’s my go to person in the event of a phone/IT crisis

main prob was that the sim card holder would no appear lot of pressure needed and it worked. Main prob was getting sky to switch on the sim all their sites came back to trying to sell me a new phone or not available, eventually found phone no and after a good moan got it switched on. Got a phone ordered in 5 mins and about a day to get it switched on, sky not recommended.
