Well, I was looking forward to a ride today, but spent the morning cleaning hydraulic fluid off the garage floor as the rear shock had emptied itself
I've booked it in with JD Racing for the 19th (The earliest they can give me a courtesy bike to get me back home), but I was told that KTM don't offer a repair kit and only offer a new shock at a price that the young lady said would "give you a heart attack". I have already had a heart attack, so no thanks.
I will now start trawling the net for alternatives, and will probably take this opportunity to re-spring for my weight.
Does anyone have any suggestions? "Lose weight" is not an acceptable answer
