Seat lock

I just came across this bike for sale on eBay (possibly someone on here?) and spotted what looks like an aftermarket screw in seat lock under the rear rack. As the seat lock on my basic has just broken does anyone recognise what this thing is on the eBay bike and know where I can buy one from?

I seem to remember when I had my r90s and PD that a guy on the Adventure Rider site in their airhead section there is a thread about these locks. I think I am right in that these are one of the few unobtainable parts and are breakable. There is a guy in the USA who did a thread on its development with CAD and 3d printing prototypes . He now CNC produces theses for about £100. They get great reviews I believe. I cannot find the bike on Ebay though.
