With that area having a LOT of them thar Presbyterian Fundamentalists and REALLY Grumpy farmers who do not like being told the roads are closed

Who knows I remember about 10 years ago there were a load of sheep let loose and another year they had oil or slurry spilled and had to slightly reroute the race
