I rode this road on Sunday and I thought it was absolutely epic. Right up there with the best. Andalusia really is a fabulous bit of biking country. Highly recommended and I can share my routes if anyone is interested.

No problem.

From Malaga, we headed to Coin then went north on the A366 to El Burgo, then picked up the MA-6400, heading for Canete la Real. At this point, go to Almargen and pick up a faster road, the A384 and call into Olvera for a coffee or keep going to the hilltop town of Zahara for lunch by the lake. Go back to the A384 to Villamartin and turn left on to the A373, sweeping past Prado del Rey and El Bosque. Another cracking road awaits there - the A372 to Grazelma (which is a nice place to stop). We then continued to Ronda and overnighted there which was great. The next morning, we were heading back to Malaga so not a lot of riding but it was absolutely the best road of the trip - the A366 back to El Burgo. From there we went cross country back to Malaga via Coin again and the Alhaurins.

A super trip, empty roads, good surfaces, perfect weather and fabulous scenery. Cheap too.

Highly recommended.
