Pannier lid organiser

I have seen a few vids where people have organisers in the lids of their panniers, that look like this:



which I bought from aliexpress.


As is always the case when doing this, you pay your money and you take your chances.......unfortunately, to get the 'bars' to fit (i chose the bottom option)in the rivet holes I had to bend the bars which is a shit solution.
Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK where you can get something that would fit or is there some other alternative.
