Been asked to post some pictures with the standard tank fitted which was fun as I'd just filled the 33 liter one

Had a chance to look under the tank though which was fun

What screen is that and how was it mounted on the bike?

What did you do to sort out racks for the Zegas? From memory TT don't list a set for the Basic.

Screen - attached by two metal struts to the bars with Brackets at either end plus a fitting into the clamp - cannot remember the make but it is a good one - I am away at the present but will look the name up when I get back and will post a photo later

TT Panniers - attached to BMW Basic Racks - when you buy the Panniers - you get a fitting kit and can decide where to put the attachments - although it says "not for the R80GS Basic" in the TT blerb - just ignored this - all you have to do is to make sure you get them at the mounting angle that you want or looks right

This is the only Basic that I have left - now minus Tank and Panniers - but ready to be repainted etc.

    Cheers

When you post photos of your Basic - it would be great if you could post the frame number so that I can keep a record of them

Thunder - resize your photos 500 or 600 by whatever they come out at - you are buggering up the thread
