Got a bracket made up for the R1200 Adventure to neatly mount the Garmin Zumo.

To make it worth while, I'd need to get the guy to make about 8 of them.

Would anyone be interested in this at £34 plus about a fiver postage?

Details: 6061 Alu, Hard Anodised (Black possible if you're interested), Including all screws.
Designed only for the Zumo and the R1200GS Adv.

If it fits the Zumo - it should fit the 2610/2720/2820 mount also, and also the Quest.

All those Garmins share the same mount template.

If it's a simple change he may, what do you need?

Cheers for that.. I've never tried it with anything other than the Zumo.

Looks very good, how is the vibration compared to the RAM mount?

Less Vibration(nothing noticable compared to the noticably wobbly original RAM)) I'm on TKC's and can read all parts of the display with no problem at any speed.

PM sent.regards Aldy

Mounted it last night with the 2610 using the lockable Garmin mount (the one with the security torx) and it works perfectly. A nicely designed, aesthetically pleasing piece of kit. I just have the non-anodised aluminium pre-production sample, but I'm thinking of keeping it like that.

It works. It's easy on the eye. It's tidy. AFAIC it's well worth the cost.

Thanks Padge. PM'ed you.

In that case, please put my name down for one please...time for delivery, payment, etc?

OK folks. Sorry for the delay, but here are a couple of photos of this mount with a 2610 plate fitted in case some were sitting on the fence wondering if it would fit. It does and is a great job. Thanks Padge. :thumb

GS1200A Zumo mount

Hi Padge

Did you get the delivery & payment details about the Zumo mount?

Cheers

Good news: I'll get my hands on these Wednesday and can send some from then. PM me and I'll give you my PAYPAL address.

Bad News: The anodising is not practical at the moment (I was told it's too expensive for such a small quantity) so the anodising (black or otherwise) will not be possible. It will be good old 6061Alu finish...Just like The Warlock is modeling in the pictures...

New price with no anodising is £32 plus about a fiver postage.
This includes all screws etc for mounting.

Payment: send PM to me for details. Paypal preferred.
