I installed the W hugger some time ago, and I'm very satisfied with its performance. The spray to my left leg is much reduced and the rear suspension is now still clean after riding in the wet. Also the battery and space beneath the seat are now much cleaner. Well worth the high price if you ask me. I also have the W sidepanels that will make the hugger almost invisible.
I have also fitted this WL hugger to my machine along with a cut rubber flap immediatly to the rear of the battery, this was provided by a fellow Geeser I have met at Rivi Barn.
The combination of both keeps the battery and gubinz clean and prevents spray getting to my leg/boots and rear suspension.
It is expensive but at the time I had the spare cash. I do not think I can run to the side panel, so will have to put up with the exposed cable ties!.
My experience also. Shame it was only available in Carbon as a moulded item would have been more in keeping with the GSA image. It's been on for 18mnths and 18K miles without problem
Edit. sorry just noticed that the hugger in the piccie isn't the same as mine so it may well fall off, foul tyre, look shite etc - sorry (but it will probably be fine)
