OK Folks, I have a few free days coming soon, so I can lead a trail ride around North Wales.:bounce1
The route will be ideal for novice and intermediate riders, though the pace will be set by the slowest riders. As usual, nobody gets left behind.
I will be riding a Yamaha XT660Z fitted with Pirelli MT21 tyres. The going will be stone tracks, a little mud and dust. Some of the trails are slightly overgrown.;)

The rendez-vous for the start will be at The Three Pigeons Inn, Graigfechan near Ruthin, here:-

Bu**er...!! I'm away on my jollies for 2wks over this date & I've just had the CRM's forks rebuilt. It's gagging for a good bit of rough stuff. :nenau

Sorry, I didn't put a start time :blast, let's say:-

The ride will leave the start at 0930hrs.

So if you aim at getting there for 0900hrs, we can get you ready in 30mins.
Don't worry about you being a novice, I'll look after you and some tuition can be given as we go. By the afternoon you will notice a difference in your ability......:thumb2

Can't do weekdays during the school holidays as it's impossible to get cover. However, I'd be up for the next ride or two I expect.
 
Is there room for two Serow riders 50mph max :D

I'm ok off road, Lucy still has her stabilizers fitted ;)

Will we end up back at the start point?

The pace will be dictated by the slowest rider, this is a novice/inter ride.
The route is a circular loop, returning to the RV at 1700-ish.

Weve talked about coming over for this but given Clive has only just got his pot off, and Ive only just got rid of my crutches this afternoon, we will give it a miss this time.
However, in maybe a months time . . . . . . .you never know.
I will keep my eye on the forums.

I'll put it in the diary and let you know about camping etc nearer the time, although at this stage I think I'll have to be back Tuesday night rather than staying over.

That's a great bunch of folk, so we should have a decent craic. I think one or two more riders and I'll close the ride.
If you find that you can not attend, please do not hesitate to contact me as I can then open your place up to the next rider.
Now I'm camping either from Monday evening or Tuesday morning onwards to Friday afternoon. The beers and food at The Three Pigeons is fantastic, I really recommend it.
The route will consist of a loop which is basically the easier lanes from Llangollen and Ruthin loops.
We may cross the ford at Corwen, depending on rainfall at that time.
Sarah Teach may join us on the ride if her new Serow arrives, but she will defo be camping and eating/drinking.
I could even have my arm twisted into a ride on the Wednesday, but I'll see..... what type of hangover I'll have from Tuesday night......:beerjug:
