Looks like a cracking run - will defo make a point of getting down...with or without Johnny!!!
I can see Di turning into a bit of an off road addict soon!!
Looks great Wully, I'm definitely going to have a look at that sooner rather than later (could you do it in the other direction or is it one way?)
PS, love your pimpy reg no!
There's a few of these in Scotland, here's the ones I could find quickly (including Wully and Fruitcakes one). I wonder if it'd be worth trying to stitch the Ayrshire/Dumfries/Galloway ones together into a ride since there's some great (tarmac) biking roads down there as well?

Sounds a good idea and I have had some feedback from folk about some good roads in the area. Unfortunately I have been so skint that my bike has hardly been out of the garage since my Dumfries/Gallowway trip a few months ago and therefore not thought much more about putting a route together.
However I have just managed to get part time supply work in a local Nursery School, so a visit to the petrol station will be top of the list on pay day (pity that's not till the end of the month though ) and will look at some routes to take in the forest drives/tarmac roads in the area
Just completing an application form for the first Early Years Education job to be advertised by my local authority in over 3 months Reckon there will be some competition. Its part time so would suit fine with looking after Skye while still giving me enough to cover my bike and petrol payments, and free time to get out playing on the bike
