Latest Bike magazine

Seen the latest one, has an article on the '85 Paris Dakar bikes, and no prizes for guessing the number on the side

The article is at the back, but in front of Ogri IYSWIM. Not very in depth but interesting to see after seeing the beast in the pavillion at the weekend.

sorry chap, didnt see that interesting to see how much more special the 85 bike is over mine as regards the frame etc. Camille's frame is just a braced up r90 whereas the 85 bike is cromolly and braced to death, even still it still got bent when it got hit by a truck in the early stages of the 85 dakar still went on to win though

This bike isn't the 85 bike

Looking at the pics or it against the one in the vid of the 85 race this bikes missing stuff. The decals and sponser logo's are in the wrong place, the bracing is missing around the swing arm and the bracing around the swingarm pivot isnt drilled like the 85 bike. i suspect its either a replica or the later 86 bike.
