Bike gear - LIDL - 16/03/09

Dunno about the trousers being waterproof or not :nenau.........friend of mine bought a motorcycle jacket two years ago in Lidl...........after one trip abroad he threw it in the dustbin....never kept out water....ever "he says" :eek
 
Hard to know. I bought a set of raingear there a few years ago. That summer ( I use the term lightly ) we travelled to France for our jollies. It poured rain for first few days my 18.99 2 pc set of raingear kept me bone dry.
 
Bought a set of them last year and I found them great.They were well tested at speed on a few ocasions and apart from some rain geting over the pants (I have no windshield)they were perfect .Good zips waterproof pocket and braces on the pants :thumb great value IMHO
 
After a good 2 hours soaking on saturday, my HG leggings were still completely waterproof, however same couldn't be said for the jacket. Will be investing a whole 20 euro in the rain suit!
However, a flippy helmet for 60 euro?? :eek
 
the charger is great value,ideal for puttin a charge in2 needin batteries,watever they be uses for startin.:)

Flash road the whole way to Skye two years ago in the pissing rain with one of the lidl jackets... i think it worked well for him

Lidl bike gear available today: Sunday

Lidl supposed to start selling this stuff 16th March but the
Knaresborough shop has it available today.
