Welcome to the summer run, sunday 28 March

Thought it was time i planned the welcome to summer run,

start at Baldock, depart 1030.

finish will be near finchingfield.

Various stops will be planned, looking about 120 miles, finishing with Bacon butties.

once route fully sorted, i will post up the route, in garmin and gpx format.

Have put the date in my diary, so all being well.....and hallo Brian ! How's unemployment treating you ? Give you time to read up on the Zumo 660 !!!
I'll be on my Airhead, if that's all right with everyone ?

Sounds good; but like most GSers I only take the bike out when it's sunny and over 20%C

You might ............ for I have a sneaky feeling that the weather will be sublime in late March. And even if it isn't I may well join up with you. Got to get the waterproofs wet one day!

i would hope the weather will change for the good by then, its not very inspiring to get out at the moment.

start point baldock services,

will put up route in next couple of weeks, not fully ridden the route, as everyday off lately has been snow or sleet.:augie


looks like a good number turning up
 
New boy GSA owner living near Cambridge, will come along for that bacon butty!!

I do not seem to be able to update the first post, the route is approx 140 miles, starting at Baldock(for 10.30, the clocks go forward an hour this morning, so no lay in) and finishing not far from Bishop stortford, where bacon butties will be provided.
