Why should I be left out.

On friday AM in the morning, I set out for Morocco. It was hard riding, but got to Gibralter by very late.
Made last boat to Africa just in the nick of time after a wee Gib monkey mucked up the settings on my satnav.

Got off at Morocco and looked about but couldnt see anyone. Surprising with the amount of GSERs there.
Headed down into the lonely desert

Rode for about a thoosand miles in a straight line, occasionally stopping to shout. FANUM... WHATTON. but got no replies.
Seen a lonely guy called with his bike stuck in a river bed, but I was hungry so pretended I didnt see him. Anyhoo, there was an old woman giving him a hand.
Found some blue rocks and took picture.

Climbed to the top and looked through my powerful binoculars for GSERS, but none were to be seen.
Went another thousand miles and felt tired, so I knocked at the door of this house, and they let me stay for the night.

Makes me want to get on my bike and just do it :thumb

Inspirational Den :clap

Thats really wet my appetite, can't wait to do it next year .

Did you have trouble getting petrol, or moroccon money.

Got up in the morning and had goatshead flavoured corn flakes and a kebab for my breakfast. Yum, I hadnt eaten since Dover.
Travelled another fifteen hundred miles and through several deserts, asking all the nomads I came across if they had seen anyone on big ugly bikes recently.
No was always their reply followed by " av you got any tictacs geezer". This made me think that they were lying, so I carried on.
I found a carpet shop and bought a carpet.

Realising that I was not going to find anyone and considering that I had to go to work on monday, I set off home.

Will you be selling a DVD of your trip Den?

Nope. I swapped my camera for a big ball of hairy string which the native gentleman was using to tie tie my carpet up with.
I told him it was hard to get and I would sell it on ebay in handy lengths and make enough money to buy a better camera.
