So what do ya all fink of these babies.....

No seriously, we will appreciate your valuable comments.:bow

Thanks:thumb2

looks like well made gear.
Does the ally surround on the light guard cut down on the amount of light spread on the road?
The pegs look good, I could do with some on my 1100, but is that 50 quid each:eek: or a pair. They do look well made and i know it aint chap jigging up for that sort of thing:thumb

Does the black border narrow the beam at all? It looks like it might. You can stick me down for a headlight protector for an 1150 Adventure if it doesn't.

Hi

The light guards do not affect the the light spread at all on the 1200 or 1150's. The 1200 has a shroud that stops glare on the screen at night. The shroud will also work if you already have a different light guard on and get glare on the 1200 screen.

The pegs are good but we will propably not get any of those in. As I type a casting of the pegs are being made, so they will be cast when they arrive in the UK. This will look better but most importantly be allot stronger. We are also in the process of developing a light guard with out the integrated grill. You will be the first to get the pics of these.

PS: Yes the correct grade alli will be used for this application. :rob

Well as you asked for comments. The cowling (1200) doesn't appear to be finished very well on the bottom edge. Is this just a poor image?

If you are referring to the last pic on the silver 1200adv, it is the silver reflection onto the grill. These are laser cut items so very precise cuts. No rough bits here.:thumb

Theres nothing there for the 1100? Theres still quite a few 1100's which would open the market up a bit...How about one with a metal mesh for the 1100?... I would buy a Touratech one but @ £56 seems alot for some mesh on a frame I think. However I would be interested in a oil coiler/light one part

Looking into that one for you. Nothing availible yet but since there is interest it's worth trying. Will keep you posted on the progress.:thumb

Footpegs look good. What material are you using? (And don't say 'metal' ) I'm thinking of the corrosion aspect.

...

Is that shroud part of the light guard, or is that the shroud shown in your first post for an additional £24 ? I am definitely up for one of these guards without the oil coller grille ( already got one of those in shiny stainless steel), but concerned about back scatter and it looks like that shroud would not fit with a RAM GPS mount ...

Hi

The shroud is a seperate item normally sold with the light guard, but it is also availible seperately.
The Shroud does cover the Tubing that surrounds the clocks. If the RAM Mount is mounted to that, then it will interfere.
If the RAM Mount is fitted to the Handle Bars it's not a problem.
