so got mine, and yep the bmw mount for the GPS doesnt work.

I'm not sure at all that they updated their mount, I fear you might have same problem with the new one, just try my workaround..

According to the price of a magnet, you don't take too much risks..

No, sorry for that I don't have the mount anymore, and I found the magnet at home in the middle of my workshop ^^ but disassemble and check the size that you have in it, I think approx. 1 cm should be fine

Hi, to make the mount working, there is a small tip, all Chinese mounts "forgot" (or maybe on purpose to save money) to add a magnet that will activate the power delivery from the BMW Nav mount, just unscrew the four small screws and glue a small magnet at the rear and try again :

It should work like a charm
