I just spotted Jim from ART is running a trail day in Thetford on the 11th Nov., apols for FB link. Whilst he does charge (£70), he's pretty good at coaching. I'm not affiliated to him in any way, but have been on a couple of his days (one in Thetford and two in the Peaks).
