Jess at Marshal’s is excellent, she’s service manager now.
My wife gets her bike serviced there and they’re competitive with our local independent.
When she had problems with her rear shock Jess advised her to get it refurbished, which was against Motorrad policy at the time, and bring it back in for calibration (or some such). When she did Jess charged her £15.

I have not heard good reports about the parts/clothing department, but that’s second hand information.
